About me
I see therapy as a path to self-discovery.
Through my work as a therapist, I find great value in being present on a person's journey toward their authentic self.
Facing who we are can be a frightening process, but doing so in a safe and confidential space, can be a very rewarding experience.
When we explore our narrative and connect with our thoughts and emotions through compassion, we can make space for our fears and insecurities to surface and be reframed. In such a way we can heal and grow.
Work Experience
Along my 14-year private practice, I bring experience from the private mental health sector, having worked within the Priory Group and Schoen Clinic, as a humanistic psychotherapist and clinical supervisor; Offering 1:1 sessions and therapeutic group facilitation on psychotherapy, self-exploration and psychoeducational groups, for adult clients (18+) with a variety of mental health needs and diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, addictions, bereavement and existential issues.
