About me

I see therapy as a path to self-discovery.

Through my work as a psychotherapist, I find great value in being present on a person's journey toward their authentic self.

Facing who we are can be a frightening process, but doing so in a safe and confidential space, can be a very rewarding experience.

When we explore our narrative and connect with our thoughts and emotions through compassion, we can make space for our fears and insecurities to surface and be reframed. In such a way we can heal and grow.

Work Experience

Along my 20 years of private practice, I bring experience from the private mental health sector as a Lead Humanistic Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor. I have led multidisciplinary teams, developed therapeutic programmes and overseen safeguarding and governance processes, while maintaining a complex adult caseload.

Offering 1:1 sessions and therapeutic group facilitation on psychotherapy, self-exploration and psychoeducational groups, for adult clients (18+) with a variety of mental health needs and diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity, addictions, bereavement and existential issues.
